Traffic Stop Leads to Cocaine Seizure and Arrest in Frederick
Frederick County, Maryland – A routine traffic stop on August 4, 2026, resulted in a significant drug seizure and the arrest of a Baltimore man. At approximately 9:48 p.m., a deputy from the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office pulled over a vehicle on Route 26 near Monocacy Boulevard after observing multiple traffic violations.
During the stop, the deputy conducted a K9 scan, which yielded a positive alert for the presence of narcotics. A subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered crack cocaine, cocaine residue, and drug paraphernalia. The driver, 51-year-old Shelly Hungerford Reboulet from Inwood, WV, and her passenger, 51-year-old William Eldridge from Frederick, were both issued criminal citations for possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS).
The situation escalated when another passenger, 49-year-old David Green of Baltimore, was found to be in possession of two bags of cocaine weighing approximately 16 grams. Following the discovery, Green was arrested and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center, where he is currently being held without bond.
Green faces several serious charges, including felony possession with intent to distribute, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (not cannabis), obstructing and hindering law enforcement, altering physical evidence, and resisting arrest. The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office continues to emphasize its commitment to combating drug offenses in the community, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
