FREDERICK, Md. – Residents of Frederick County should be aware that a portion of Lynn Burke Road will be temporarily closed beginning on Tuesday, August 11. The closure will affect the area at 4866 Lynn Burke Road and is expected to last for approximately three days, depending on weather conditions. During this time, the road will be closed daily from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
This closure is necessary for the Frederick County Highway Operations team to replace a failing culvert pipe. Motorists are advised to follow the signed detour that will be in place to ensure safety and minimize disruption. The county is committed to maintaining and improving infrastructure, and this project is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the roadways within the community.
