Old National Pike is set for nighttime paving, beginning Sunday, September 27, according to a notice from Frederick County Government. The construction will take place between Meadow Road and Boyers Mill Road, with work scheduled from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. and expected to last approximately three weeks, weather permitting.
During the project, one lane of Old National Pike will be closed, but traffic will be maintained through the open lane under a flagging operation. Motorists are advised to expect delays, exercise caution, and allow extra travel time while navigating the area.
