The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect linked to a series of vehicle thefts that occurred early on the morning of September 16, 2026. The incidents took place in the vicinity of Quinn Orchard Road.
Authorities have released a photograph of the individual believed to be connected with these thefts. The FCSO encourages anyone who may have information regarding the suspect’s identity or whereabouts to come forward.
