Catholic Church Road will be closed daily beginning on or about October 20 for approximately 30 days, as announced by Frederick County Government. The closure is scheduled to take place Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., weather permitting. The affected area is near the address 5681.
The closure is necessary to allow Frederick County Highway Operations to conduct repairs on the eroding stream bank in the vicinity. A signed detour will be in place to guide motorists around the construction zone.
