On August 22, 2024, around 12:15 p.m., the Frederick Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit initiated a traffic stop on the driver of a vehicle in the area of Madison Street and Carrollton Street, in Frederick City. The driver of the vehicle and two other individuals were detained during the incident and faced various charges due to their involvement.Detectives are now attempting to identify a fourth individual, shown in the attached photograph.Four handguns were seized during this incident and the Frederick Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division is asking anyone with information regarding this incident to contact (call or email) D/Sgt.
