Frederick County Public Libraries will host a two-part workshop titled “Writing Your Next Chapter: Estate Planning & Obituary Writing” on Thursday, October 1, 2026. The event will take place from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the C. Burr Artz Public Library, specifically in the Community Room.
