The City of Frederick is excited to announce the substantial completion of the construction of a new traffic signal and improvements at the intersection of East Church Street and Highland Street.
Beginning on June 9, 2025, the new signal at the intersection will operate under flash mode, displaying yellow for eastbound/westbound East Church Street and red for northbound Highland Street. The signal is scheduled to go into full operation on June 12, 2025.
Motorists are urged to remain alert to the new traffic pattern at the intersection.
