The City of Frederick’s Historic Preservation Commission will hold a special hearing on June 17th at 6PM at City Hall (101 N Court Street) to evaluate a Zoning Map Amendment Application for a Historic Preservation Overlay (HPO) zone at 27 Franklin Street (HPC25-187ZMA).
