February 15th is the application deadline for 2025 Spring Athletic Fields & Courts. The system will not accept the information after February 15th. If you need assistance applying, phone 301.600.1492 or 301.600.1450 (weekdays after 9 am) or email registrationdesk@cityoffrederickmd.gov.
Please be sure to review the instructions for pattern reservations posted online, so you do not keep the clock running from the time and date of first reservation to the end time on the last date of reservation.

Once field/court assignments are completed for requests received prior to the deadline, a public notice will be sent for applicants to check their online accounts. Approved reservations will be marked “FIRM”.
