2025 Spring Athletic Field & Court Invoices must be paid before 2025 Fall Athletic Field & Court permits will be issued. 2025 registration is online July 1-15th. If you are not registering for Fall, payment is due by August 15th at the latest. Please check the field closure list for any dates the City closed fields, which appear on your invoice. Email sstamper@cityoffrederickmd.gov to let her know the specific dates and fields that you had reservations, but the fields were closed by the City (per the list) so they can be removed from your invoice. Only the dates on the field closure list, or for which you emailed on that reservation date that you were not using the field/court will be removed. Please take a moment to review the field/court policies posted on the website, prior to registering for Fall. For the most expedient service each time when contacting Parks & Recreation, please be sure EACH TIME to indicate your name, contact information, league, field/court and reservation start and end times and lights, if needed.
