The Water Department has a scheduled water turnoff for Upper East Apartments, located at 1601 Pinder St, Frederick, MD 21701, on Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM. This water turnoff is scheduled for the last section of the new water main along East Street to be tied into the water distribution system.
