Reminder: 2024 Spring invoice payments due on July 15, 2024. You can remit payment with Visa or MC from your account, or by phoning 301.600.1450 weekdays after 9 am. Cash, or check payment may be dropped off at our facility during business hours at: Wm Talley Rec Center / 121 N Bentz St / Frederick / MD / 21701 please indicate what league in check memo line. Checks should be put in box at fitness desk for Sarah/Office Manager.
2024 Fall registration deadline is July 15, 2024. PLEASE be sure to reserve all fields/courts needed. Historic priority use may be lost if it is not applied for before the deadline of July 15th. A Certificate of Insurance must be submitted for all leagues/organization/and repeated use of fields/courts. The certificate of insurance must be to The City of Frederick / 101 N Court St / Frederick / MD / 21701. The City must be listed as additional insured. 1 million general liability, and 2 million aggregate is required. A list of first and last names, titles, emails, and phone numbers must also be submitted with your application packet. Please carefully review all paperwork to be sure it is complete and meets all requirements. Upon completion of the scheduling of those requests received prior to the deadline, a public notification will be posted. At that time users should check his/her/their account and print their schedules. No status inquiries will be answered individually. After scheduling complete, the system will be reopened for requests. Please note that requesting a field and paying a deposit does not ensure a field assignment. If a deposit is made for a reservation that is not approved, the account will be credited.
