The new location, slated to open in early August, will provide 20,000 square feet of office space on the second floor of 7100 Guilford Dr, Frederick, MD 21704. The space will feature design elements that incorporate local Frederick culture, such as red brick accents and a waterfall inspired by Carroll Creek, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The construction phase for the Venture X Frederick location is scheduled to take place from March 20th to July 31st, 2025. The company anticipates employing 2-3 staff members at this location.
