To expedite field scheduling for EVERYONE, please ensure you have entered all dates, and entered them CORRECTLY – be careful when making pattern reservations. Instructions are on our webpage for how to make or delete reservations. Be sure to submit a list of league contacts, AND a certificate of insurance. Also, please do not contact the office regarding status of your request, individual statuses will not be available.
Once scheduling is complete, a group notification (like this) will be sent advising everyone to check their accounts to see what is marked “FIRM”. In the interim staff will be looking at accounts and schedules and so the status may change. AFTER the notification that scheduling is complete, THEN if you account has reservations marked FIRM, then you have that reservation.
