2024 Fall Athletic Field/Court Application Deadline is July 15th. The online reservation system will then be shut down for approximately two weeks during processing of requests received by the deadline. Historic priority may be lost if you do not apply for all historic use by the deadline of July 15th. Accounts must be paid in full, prior to 2024 Fall permit issuance.
Complete application packets must be submitted EACH season. Submit with your application:
Certificate of Insurance with The City of Frederick / 101 N Court St / Frederick / MD / 21701 listed as certificate holder and additional insured with one million general liability coverage, two million aggregate, and 10K medical expense.
Contact list of officers of league/organization/team with first and last names, titles, email, and cell phone numbers. Each organization/league/group should have only one account. Persons on this contact list can make and change field reservations. Field reservations carry fiscal responsibility.
Applicants will be notified via this notification alert system when field scheduling has been completed for requests received prior to the deadline. Status of individual applicant requests will not be given.
